Dungeon Master Mode: ("Game Master Mode", "Adventure Mode", "Random Dungeon Generator", call it whatever you like), it's just a simple extension that lets you generate procedural dungeons quickly and easy to play with other people. PvP Arena: the very Arena of Madness Colosseum in Battleheart Legacy now presents 3 options: "Solo" (single player vs monsters like it is now), "PvP" (from "one on one" fights to a max of 2 player parties with 4 heroes each), and "Player Team vs PC" (a team of 2 to 4 players against the AI monsters, which get MUCH stronger the more players join). Multiplayer should be always OPTIONAL and by invitation only. Main Campaign remains single-player until you finish the game solo then AND ONLY THEN, you can invite people to play it with you in a new-playthrough (up to 4-players). ✔ MULTIPLAYER / PvP: The Way to implement the Multiplayer and PvP optiona is the following -> The way to implement Multiplayer and PvP without totally ruining the game is explained below. ✔ GAMEPLAY STYLE: Just Battleheart Legacy gameplay style (single player main campaign + Multiplayer/PvP option). ✔ NEW ENEMIES: Keep all the monsters and enemies from BattleHeart Legacy and add more "families" to the Bestiary, but ALWAYS in the Classic RPG style (no aliens, sci-fi, super-heroes, jedi nor any of that stupid stuff please, ONLY classic D&D / Tolkien / High-Fantasy / Sword&Sorcery-themed inspired enemies), for example: Elementals (earth, fire, thunder, ice), Dragonkin (Dragonlings, Elemental Drakes, Dragons), Demonic (imp-devil, Sucubbus, Hell Shadow, Greater Demon), and since there's a new super-awesome Druid Class there should also be Fey/Nature Enemies (Dryad, Satyr, Treant, Will-O-Wisp and Fairy Folk). ✔ NEW CLASSES & SKILLS: Basically the same as BattleHeart Legacy, except for the Ninja (replaced by Assasin) and 2 new classes: Druid (nature-themed warden with a perfect balance between crowd-control, support and DPS through his shapeshift/Bear-Form skill) and Cleric (remake of the original Battleheart Lucille, a proper priest / holy magic support class focused on powerful healing), for a totall of 14 classes. Add many more Sidequests, much more difficult Random Encounters, and also add some new "area-types" or "tile-sets", for example: fairy forest (different from normal forest), swamp, lava cave, ice cave, poison cave, sewers, catacombs, and The Fade (the "well of souls" or the crazy and spooky spirit world beyond the veil). perhaps it'd be nice to add some color to the map, but keep the same art-style and the Random Encounters system. ![]() ✔ WORLD & STORY: The same as BattleHeart Legacy but bigger, more detailed world-map. ✔ ART STYLE / VISUALS: The same as BattleHeart Legacy (top-down perspective, 3D, cute appealing aesthetic, somewhat minimalistic) but better, updated, more detailed and with better VFX for skills and things as torches, etc. Everyone should be able to buy it and play it. ✔ PLATFORMS: All of them, mobile devices, PC and consoles too. ![]() So, having said that (silly me, I dream Mika's Noah Bordner will read this) my Dreams and Hopes for BattleHeart 3 are reallistic, possible, doable, and if they'd do it like this it'd be THE BEST GAME EVER!!! then they start adding Jedi, Aliens, sci-fi themed rubbish, machines and everything goes to hell, NO!! PLEASE DON'T DO THAT it ruins the game!!). it's TERRIBLE when they start to add Ninjas and Samurais to this kind of games. (although I would have prefered an ASSASIN class instead of the NINJA, with the same skills but a different model, just to keep it pure classic Sword & Sorcery High Fantasy setting. It's a pity the game wasn't available for PC too: I love the skill trees for each class and the flexibility to mix them however you like, the character stats are more than enough (keep it nice and simple), and the whole setting is wonderful. ![]() ![]() Everything should remain the same, but better, in BattleHeart 3. First of all I ❤ BattleHeart Legacy, I think it's almost perfect in its own wonderful way: I like the classes, balance, art-style and monsters also the story, the random encounters, the Arena of Madness Colosseum, and the dialogues.
